  1. The information we collect.

    To register, we collect your name, email address, postcode and the password you specify. Initially-this information is used to set up your account and to send you an account activation email. If, after 30 days you have not activated your account by following the link contained in the account activation email the information you supplied will be removed from our records.

    As a registered user of the website, we will on occasion send you transactional emails. For instance to notify you of changes to the website or your account. These emails are required for logistical purposes and users cannot opt-out of these at any time.

We use this information internally to; help identify potential problems with and enhance the quality of our service, help diagnose problems experienced by users who contact us requesting technical support, monitor (where applicable) compliance with the Class Login fair use policy.

    If you pay online for a Learning Clip subscription your payment details will be processed by Paypal Ltd. At the time of purchase information we hold about you (email, name & items being purchased) will be shared with Paypal Ltd. Any subsequent transaction will occur on the Paypal website any Paypal account or credit card details supplied by you during that process will only be handled by Paypal Ltd. At no time will Learning Clip Ltd have access to your financial details.

  2. What are cookies and how does Learning Clip Ltd use them?

Learning Clip Ltd cannot and does not ensure or warrant the security of any information collected by use, transmitted over the Internet, or maintained in your user account. You agree that any data transmission you make or receive through the Site is at your own risk.

    Learning Clip Ltd will never make an unsolicited request for your password.

  6. Disclaimer of Liability

    Under no circumstances will Learning Clip Ltd be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information or materials submitted to or collected as a result of the user's accessing the Site or use of the service provided by Learning Clip Ltd, even if Learning Clip Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  7. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable. In case of controversy or inconsistency between translations of these Terms to other languages, the English version issued by Learning Clip Ltd shall prevail.
  8. The failure or delay of Learning Clip Ltd to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive Learning Clip Ltd's right to enforce that right.
